Gabriella DeFlorio

Gabriella leads Prelay as the CEO & Co-Founder focusing her time on Product & GTM. As a B2B revenue generation enthusiast, Gabriella scaled go-to-market (Marketing, Sales) at Fountain (YC W15) and Truework (Sequoia-backed), leading both to millions of dollars in revenue. Additionally, Gabriella teaches Sales Strategies & Methodologies at The University of Michigan - Ross School of Business each semester. She built her first organization at the ripe age of 14, while scaling social impact campaigns with Fortune 500 companies and major media networks.

Enoch Cheung

Enoch leads Prelay's technical & security strategy. As a revenue growth operations data expert, Enoch was an early engineer at Heap, where he built much of the core infrastructure and led teams to scale the system to process billions of detailed user interactions a day. Earlier in his career, Enoch was a mathematician at CMU working on Set Theory and the foundation of Mathematics, published in many mathematical journals.

Jeffrey Queisser

Jeff was responsible for Box's technical strategy and global oversight of all engineering development and operations teams. He was instrumental in developing Box's vision while building and scaling Box's infrastructure to support it. Jeff now assists & advises Prelay with engineering & product strategy.

Quentin Clark

Quentin is a product and systems technical leader with broad experience in enterprise SaaS. Most recently, Quentin was the CTO at Dropbox where he lead all of engineering, product, design and growth through the IPO. Prior to Dropbox, Quentin was at SAP, first as CTO then as Chief Business Officer where he lead strategy and product for the whole company. Majority of his career he was at Microsoft (20 years), he focused on innovation - creating new products and value. There he worked for Satya Nadella leading the whole data platform business into the cloud.

Menaka is a marketing & overall GTM veteran with more than 15 years of experience launching tech and cloud products around the world. Have held strategic roles at some of the most innovative companies in the technology industry, including Box, Yahoo! and BetterWorks. Key accomplishments include growing the Box user base from six to more than 20 million users and leading BetterWorks from stealth mode to generating revenue from F500 companies.

With SiriusDecisions, Rich has worked across multiple industries and at hundreds of companies including American Express, Symantec, Adobe, RBC, HP, IBM, ADP and Iron Mountain providing guidance and advice on strategy and operations.

Weisen Li

Weisen Li is the VP of Revenue Operations at ActiveCampaign, where she is responsible for tools, process, analytics, and strategy for Sales and Customer Success teams.
Prior to ActiveCampaign, Weisen led operations teams at enterprise SaaS companies including Narvar, Trifacta and Box, helping those growing businesses scale through strategy alignment, systems implementation, and operational rigor.

Our Story

Prelay's Beginnings

Stemming from a competitive athletics background (D1 track & cross country at the University of Michigan), our CEO, Gabriella, experienced first-hand how the most successful teams drove the importance of the team working together, step by step. Plastered on locker room walls, shouted at meets, The University of Michigan track & cross country team's value was stick together and work as a team. This value led them to become a world-class program (multiple Big Ten Championships, Final Four showings at the National Championships, Olympians). Shifting to technology, Gabriella was surprised by the lack of team orientation during the full go-to-market cycle within countless organizations (SMBs to Enterprises). She found most organizations reverted to individualistic processes and motives. Overall, creating a silo effect that forced a ceiling on achievable goals. Our CEO started Prelay to fix this silo effect and celebrate sticking together and working as a team on a macro level across organizations, allowing everyone to surpass goals as a team.
